Responsibilities

• Ensure development, implementation of performance monitoring & oversight models, processes and tools.

•  Ensure expected vendor performance by MAPV selected service providers and IT vendors 

• Be driven with a mindset of partnership to support and drive oversight of vendors ability to meet and perform service deliveries

• Provide regular updates, analyses and trending to be delivered to the MAPV management group as well as to Line 

• You may also be involved in other monitoring, oversight, quality optimization and analytical tasks. 

• You will drive planning, organisation and execution of all phases of vendor oversight.

• Analyses and monitoring of the performance in collaboration with vendors as will as oversight of vendor continuous improvements implementation.

• Manage relationships with vendors ensuring they are positive, compliant, satisfied and continue to work with us. 

Qualifications

• 5 – 10 years experience in a Client / Vendor Oversight management capacity
• Proven track record for partnering with pharma critical Vendors in Pharma R&D regulated areas
• High motivation for personal investment in build of partnership (internal & external) – we can & want to do it attitude
• High personal motivation and drive for working with monitoring and oversight of vendors and ability to develop and deliver vendor quality oversight within scope, time and budget by use of appropriate tools
• Strong quality mindset, including solid experience with risk & issue handling; actions & budget management, KPIs
• Analytical skills & critical thinking
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels inside and outside the organisation
• Person; Confident, ability to work under high pressure, consultative and professional
• Experience from working with a variety of cultures
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Holds a University degree preferable in Life Science or equivalent
