Market Access - Consultant / Senior Consultant - Hampshire OR Remote

An opportunity has arisen with an up and coming global Market Access Consultancy. Being established in recent years, the company takes an innovative approach using online platforms for pharmaceutical companies to gain payer insight in over 35 countries and has had great success in doing so. My client is seeking a Market Access Consultant / Senior Consultant (dependent on experience) to run engagements of the platforms, mentor and train more junior members of the team as well as supporting commercial development.

My client is seeking a Market Access Consultant / Senior Consultant (dependent on experience) to run engagements of the platforms, mentor and train more junior members of the team as well as supporting commercial development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and run engagements for online platform in support of payer, bio pharmaceutical and investment community clients.

- Mentor/train analyst staff from a global MA perspective, this includes payer archetypes, market environment for the range of markets the company works in

- Support commercial development as a content expert in proposal development, pitch presentations and recognizing new opportunities with new and existing clients

- End to end execution of payer research projects, understand client needs, , suggest payer archetypes which fit best for client needs, design questionnaires and develop deliverable's, this will include strategic insights and recommendations 

- Line management : Including day to day delivery and timeline of projects and delivering client presentations.

Experience required

- 5 years minimum experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device firms/consultancies

- 3 years minimum experience in Pricing / Market Access and/or HEOR related disciplines 

- Deep understanding of global Healthcare payer systems and HTAs

Travel will be 20-30% of the role
