FREELANCE: Clinical Operations Coordinator
Switzerland | 12-month contract | Competitive Hourly Rate
Jamie Hallas at Umbilical Life has partnered with an international pharmaceutical client to source a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support the operational management and oversight of clinical trials. Up to 10% work-based travel.

Accountable for:
- Preparing and reviewing all clinical study and site related documents
- Coordinating all indirect and non-clinical supplies
- Maintaining and completing all key trial information and electronic Master File (eTMF)
- Supporting the Clinical Operations and Strategic Sourcing groups when required
Qualifications
You will have a minimum three years’ of clinical research experience, within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO environment, as well as;
- Electronic Data Capture, eTMF and CTMS
- Good knowledge of clinical research regulations and requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
