Senior Pharmacokineticist

RBW are currently collaborating with a world renowned pharmaceutical organisation that are seeking Senior Pharmacokineticist to join their group.

The Pharmacokineticist is a strategic position that will drive projects from early discovery through to early development of small molecules and bio-therapeutics.

Responsibilities:

• Designing the PK/PD aspects of preclinical and clinical studies.
• Responsible for strategic implementation of the PK/PD aspects into the clinical development plan.
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and contributing to documentation including INDs, IBs and eCTDs.
• Data analysis of PK/PD data using modelling and simulation techniques.
• Inform first in human dose predictions by interpreting preclinical PK data.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in clinical pharmacology, biostatistics etc.

Qualifications:

• Educated to PhD in scientific related discipline.
• Expertise in designing the PK/PD aspects of clinical studies.
• Proficient using one modelling software such as WinNonlin, NONMEM, R etc.
• Must have experience conducting PopPK modelling and Non-compartmental analysis. 
• Experience answering questions from regulatory authorities and writing study documents.
• Strong communication skills in English.
