My client is a of the leading manufacturer of single-use medical products for the respiratory and anesthesia therapeutic areas. Their mission is to help patients live better lives by providing the best possible care and satisfaction through the use of the products they create. 

The Territory Sales Manager for the Ohio region will be responsible for a number of things, most importantly cultivating long term customer relationships as an individual contributor. My client is seeking an individual who is able to create sustainable profit growth, increase market shares, and be involved in clinically differentiated product sales. 

Experience:

  • Selling to the following customer segments 
    • GPO's
    • Large hospital systems/ INDs
    • HME
    • Alternative site healthcare facilities 
  • Working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders 
  • Account management- planning, prioritizing, monitoring, and tracking sale cycles 
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years of  relevant sales experience
  • 4+ years selling medical products in hospitals or alternate care environments 
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives using a Value-Based and Consultative Sales Process. 

Requirements:

  • Driven and focused on revenue growth and customer satisfaction by creating awareness for specialty consumables
  • Assisting distributor partners in positioning and growth of product line
  • Ability to execute company brand strategy and tactics 
  • Approach customers with the following mind set 
    • Account management perspective 
    • Leveraging resources appropriately 
    • Collaboration with business partners 
    • Ability to accurately articulate the value proposition for the customer
    • Effective selling skills 
  • Presenting clinical benefits of my client's products to individuals and committees 
  • Track, report, and analyze sales opportunities and forecast, monitor, and post sales activities for the region 
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within the given region 
  • Ability to preform work on a personal computer, using MS Office Software
