GXP Audit Manager

Hobson Prior are looking for a GXP Audit Manager to join a pharmaceutical organisation who provide support to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in the development and commercialisation of products globally. As the GXP Audit Manager you will provide independent audit activities on behalf of the company both Internally and Externally in the areas of GCP, GVP, medical affairs, regulatory affairs and other support functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the annual risk assessment of activities undertaken by the organisation is conducted, the audit schedule is updated quarterly and that the audit tracker is regularly maintained.
• Ensure SOPs to support the audit function are maintained.
• Responsible to promote the organisations Audit/Due Diligence Service offering including representing the auditing/due diligence or other QA related capabilities at business development/bid-defence meetings and assisting with proposal development for client projects involving audits, due diligence or other QA related activities.
• Project manage audit/due diligence or other QA related service projects including account management for these projects (input into work order and invoice preparation) and resource management of external auditor/QA consultant.
• Any other reasonable task as approved by your Line Manager.

Requirements:

• Education to graduate level in a science discipline, nursing or equivalent, or possession of substantial relevant experience in a Clinical Research/PVG or QA environment.
• Clinical Research / PVG / QA qualification or equivalent hands on experience.
• A minimum of 5 years GCP auditing experience.
• GVP, GDP or GMP experience preferred but not mandatory.
