JOB SUMMARY

My client is a leading pharmaceutical company that manufactures a portfolio of products that are dedicated to enriching people's lives. They are currently looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their Sydney team and be responsible for developing their health products & food supplements, growing business and increasing sales within the Chinese market through a tactical marketing plan. This is a permanent, full time contract.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION

This is an excellent opportunity for a Brand Manager to join a leading Global organisation working with a high-end portfolio of health products & food supplements. The successful candidate will convert marketing plans into concrete actions and work closely with the international sales/marketing and brand team to provide tactical strategies to market products and increase sales through the growth of business. The role is also responsible for the launch of multiple new products.

As a Brand Manager you will also be required to create and manage training programs for new product development, develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and continually monitor competitive strategies and marketplace trends within the China General Trade. You will need to keep on top of all China trade and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ Years' Experience in a similar role
  • Experience within health products & food supplements would be highly desirable
  • Marketing, new product development and project management experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team oriented and ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop professional relationships
  • Marketing or Business Degree
