Lead Data Manager - £45,000 to £52,000 Depending on experience – Top-5 CRO

Currently working exclusively with one of the world’s Top-5 CROs, with industry experts, innovative systems and processes which are key to differentiate them from other CROs supporting clinical research.

Come and join an exciting new era of Data Science in the world of healthcare and drug discovery, as Erick Semerene is looking to speak with Data Managers about a very exciting Lead Data Management role with a Leading CRO looking to add value to their team.

Working with cutting edge technology and a team of industry experts you will have the opportunity to work on multiple global studies across various phases as part of an embedded team within a leading Pharma. Working completely from home across the UK.

They have an incredibly exciting range of products in the pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas and Phases of the clinical trials. This position offers great work-life balance with the possibility to work from home.

Core responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing and maintaining the Data Management Plan

• Execution of data validation plans
• Reporting on the status of projects and tasks
• Proposing solutions to process and technical issues
• Ensuring timely generation and tracking of data queries
• Interacting with the sites, CRA’s and Lead CDC’s
• Reconciliation of external data

Skills and Experience:

Detail focused, adaptable and a communicative leader.

They want their employees to succeed and ensure that they are set up for this success through constant training, development and support. To enable success in this position you will have:

• Degree qualified with demonstrable experience working within a CRO and or pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in at least one Clinical Data Management system required
• Experience with all steps within the Data Management lifecycle from setup to maintenance and database lock
• Experience as primary representative of Clinical Data Management project team
• Proven history of successful interaction with internal and external clients and an understanding of related functions
• Communication skills and an ability to quickly build relationships
