Location: Annecy area
The Lab Computing Remediation Analyst will be working as a part of a global project for Windows 10 migration at customer site. The onsite team is responsible for collecting inventory data and remediating the software for OneSource Enterprise compatibility.
Responsibilities
- Collect inventory with a service provider tool
- Maintain documentation for support of the team e.g. SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
- Upload the collected data to the service provider inventory Portal and remediate software for OneSource Enterprise compatibility
- Report progress and updates regularly to the service provider Program Manager
- Assist the global teams in best practices as requested
- Escort external vendors on and off customer site
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Understanding of documentation, customer service, computer software, user account administration and experience in Windows 10 migrations
- Strong Technical and Interpersonal skills with excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices as defined by the Company and/or the customer’s site safety code, preferred
- Customer service & teamwork orientated with adaptability and Initiative
- Fluent in French- required, professional English- preferred
