Enterprise Systems Business Process Manager

Our International pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Business Process Manager, who will be responsible to manage business processes operated using enterprise systems such as SAP resource planning, Rfxcel serialisation and associated interfaces.


Main duties and responsibilities:
* To ensure that operations conducted are performed in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Corporate Standards, Quality System, GMP and GDP Guidelines and Industry Standards.
* Serialisation business process co-owner, super-user and subject matter expert
* Business process development and integration
* Develop and provide training
* Serialisation super-user
* Root cause issues and develop corrective and preventative actions
* Identify 'continuous improvement' opportunities
* Own cross functional serialisation SOPs
* Impact assessment of new market requirements and development of timely solutions
* Manage relationships with main vendors ; ensure Enterprise system is up to date
* Qualify changes to the end to end system
* Develop detailed understanding of GS1 features used for serialisation ; identification[GLN, GTIN] Capture [identifiers, barcoding standards] and Share [data transmission eg. XML format]
* SAP Business Process owner
* Ensure SAP is operated in compliance with agreed procedures

Skills & Experience required:
* Graduate or equivalent in Computer Science
* Solid SAP experience with S4 Hana experience preferred
* Problem solving and decision-making capabilities
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication links
* Experience operating in a GMP Pharmaceutical environment
* Experience of product serialisation
