Responsibilities

  • Drive performance of related brands
  • Manage effectiveness of the sales force through Segmentation and Targeting, contact planning and related insight generation and FF re-design
  • Provide an informed counsel regarding the effectiveness of the FF to support decision making at a national level
  • Drive commercial performance
  • Manage end-to-end Sales force target setting process,
  • Sales force incentive schemes
  • Challenge and proactively adapt business practice ensuring that commercial activity deliver return on investment
  • Ensure that sales force KPIs are informative and drive the right behaviours

Requirements

  • Proven excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills
  • Analytical experience in a commercial environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Ability to manage large and complex projects
