The Role:
Our largest UK site in Harrogate is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to perform the following tasks:
- Organise and make travel bookings including flights, hotels and ground transportation in support of a variety of departmental business colleagues.
- Create hospitality arrangements for client visits, including room bookings and lunch orders.
- Manage the holiday and sickness tracking systems for a number of departments.
- General administrative duties.

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Experience:
*Previous administrative experience would be beneficial but not a necessity.
*Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project).
*The post holder should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and integrate well within an established and fast growing team.
