Clinical Operations Manager

In support of my client; a leading, global CRO who provide site networks to clinical trials I am looking to recruit a Clinical Operations professional to take on this exciting leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity join a successful team in in which you will provide operational leadership and direction.

In this role you will drive for high performance operations ensuring the delivery of consistent best practice within the business. 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Ensuring contracted services are delivered within budget
• Performance management & leadership of the site - Lead, coach, empower and inspire site teams, ensure all team members have clear accountabilities / expectations. 
• Liaise with sponsors to support management and delivery of studies as required
• Provide support for the growth of the business through identifying best in class system and process requirements to sustain and improve delivery
• Ensure operational enrolment targets are achieved

This is a strategic role and we are looking of the following qualities from an individual:

• Background in operational leadership and experience in clinical trials minimum 5+ years
• Strong business acumen on commercial and financial level as well as general managerial knowledge
• Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and quick decision making
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to interact with executive level management
