Inclusive by nature, RApport works hard to cater for different cultures – from dedicated time for religious practices and services, food requirements at get-togethers, to the choice of when you take bank holidays to accommodate for different faith and cultures. With our EVP and Head of Global Regulatory Affairs, Ifty Saiyed, being a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Panellist at TOPRA, RApport represents a company with positive and progressive view on diversity and inclusion.

RApport proudly joined the global celebration of International Women’s Day. We continue our commitment to support diversity and inclusion in all forms and look forward to building on this further as part of ELIQUENT Life Sciences with ELIQUENT’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) committee.

Our RApport team is made up of employees with varying levels of experience, from graduates to those with over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
