Charity Work

With annual donations to our employees’ local charities and an annual volunteer day, we hope to bring positive change to our local communities. Last year, 2023, the team partnered with the Basingstoke canal society to participate the Basingstoke canal clean-up.

Culture

Our team is made up of employees with a range of experience, from university graduates to those with over 30 years in industry. With many opportunities to collaborate, new starters and those in the first few years of their career are able to learn in a supportive environment and gain insightful knowledge from more experienced employees.

Events/Team Spirit

Twice a year, the team gets together for an evening of food, fun, and celebration. These are held in the summer and at the end of the year.

Each year we host a Spring Team Day, where we have a face-to-face meeting giving us a chance to catch up with the team out of a remote environment and learn about a chosen topic. This year, 2024 the team gathered at the Royal Institute in London for our Spring Team Day. We heard from the Leadership team took time to reflect on the past year and celebrate success as we integrate with ELIQUENT Life Sciences.
