Founded in 2011, Usurpo supports VC backed biotech companies to help them hire executive talent on a retained basis. In 2020 we launched our interim function where we have helped our clients to appoint interim and consultant talent into their business across. 

Whilst Usurpo has 2 UK offices (Reading and sunny Brighton), we serve our clients on an international basis. We have partners in 12 countries (outside of the UK), which gives us a strong unique selling point. We have successfully completed Director, VP and C-suite level searches across the UK, Western Europe, USA and Asia.
