The company is a leading manufacturer of premium medical products for surgical applications. The company is medium size, they produce their products in Switzerland and they are recognized as a top player in the production of mechanical surgical beds used in OTs. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager that can jump into the role straight away due to their extensive experience working in the MedTech industry. What's more, someone that has leadership skills, is self-driven and likes the freedom and flexibility of the decision-making process. The firm will trust your ideas and will give you an opportunity to bring products to life and work with great young people that will learn from you and help you lead the business to success.

Your profile:

- Extensive experience working as a Product Manager,
- Previous leadership experience would be preferable,
- Previous experience working with in OTs,
- Previous experience working at MedTech company,
- Mechanical understanding of the medical devices or technical educational background,
- Fluent German and English,
- Located in Bern or willing to relocate to Bern,

Your responsibilities:

- Management of the junior product management team,
- Being responsible for end to end product management process,
- Formulation of the product specifications,
- Creating go to market strategy and taking care of general marketing tasks,
- Calculation of Return on Investment.
