Do you have 7 years experience leading and Conducting HEOR activities in a consulting or Pharmaceutical organisation ?

I a currently working in partnership with a leading Pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Health Economics Director to work on their innovative product pipeline. They are looking for a strong HEOR profile to cover their European scope 100 % dedicated to the growth and development of their pipeline and organisation. Within this role you will take on both hands on and management experience, leading all aspects of HEOR & Evidence Generation on a European scale.

Responsibilities; 

• Drive a cross functional relationship between Local and regional teams in the business.
• Manage and mentor junior members of the team.
• Representing the Health Economics function on a European level - liaising with all vendors and pushing the pipeline forwards.
• Act as a key point of contact with the affiliate teams for all HEOR activities
• Responsible for driving all Health Economic activities including; Evidence Generation, Modelling, GVD's, PRO Studies.
• You will be accountable for managing all budgets, timelines and getting projects over the line.
• Integral part of cross functional relationships with other functions in the business.

Qualifications; 

• 7 Years HEOR experience
• Masters Degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, life sciences etc.
• Experience networking and communicating with people globally.
• Experience in speciality care portfolios (anti - invectives would be a plus)
• Consulting or Pharmaceutical Background
• Global Experience OR European
• Developed / Adapted Health Economic Models
• Experience Managing and leading teams of people across a broad set of experiences
