Clinical Trial Logistics Coordinator

At Covance by Labcorp we are hiring a Clinical Trial Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Germany.

Your role as a Clinical Trial Logistics Coordinator:

• Be accountable for the efficient management of day-to-day logistics project management activities
• Support all lab and non-lab functions within the enterprise
• Be in charge of the implementation and sub-sequent follow-up of special projects and services
• Ensure timely follow-up on issues that might arise during execution across the globe
• Provide required contingencies plan if necessary
• Monitor Clinical Trials and shipment facilities by using Excel tracking
• Follow-up on site samples and make sure they are shipped and correctly received at all destinations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with all relevant stakeholders of the project (sponsors, collection sites,...)

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree, or 5 year experience in the CRO industry.

Experience:

• Work experience in customer service and/or planning in an international environment
• Good understanding of a regulatory environment
• Excellent track record in management operational activities
• Experience working as CRA or CTA or in a CRO is preferred
• Strong problem solving, communication, planning and presentation skills
• Ability to self-direct and work autonomously
• Client focussed with good relationship building capabilities
• Fluency in German and English
