We are looking for Operator - Plasma Scanning to join our team at our Broadmeadows site on a permanent full-time basis. You will work on a 6:30am - 2:30pm shift from Tuesday to Saturday.

NOTE - There are two positions available.

Reporting to the Area Lead - Plasma Scanning, you will be responsible to verify each unit of plasma is scanned onto an ERP system, provide plasma and paste to Manufacturing areas and sample Plasma units.

The Role
  • Foster a customer focused, goal-oriented culture within the Plasma scanning team.
  • Perform the day-to-day operations in the Plasma Scanning area.
  • Understand and follow the requirements of the TGA, cGMP, and other guidelines relating to the delivery of plasma and paste to the manufacturing areas
  • Review, update and implement all Plasma scanning and paste delivery related documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures resulting in improvements to the Single Unit Verification (SUV) area.
  • Assist with the tasks relating to Quarantine/ reject units.


Your Skills and Experience
  • Completed a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated distribution and warehousing experience preferably in a manufacturing or related environment.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and GWP in a warehouse environment.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP Systems) would be highly regarded.
  • Basic computer skills including the use of Inventory Management Systems, MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Strong focus of continuous improvement in relation to warehouse systems and process.
