Medical Sales Representative

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic Medicinal Cannabis company in a rapid growth phase.

The organisation is in the introductory stage in Australia and has already built the foundation of a strong, diverse, and experienced team. The Australian team is comprised of a blend of medicinal cannabis pioneers and pharmaceutical industry experts. This is a critical role in the growth strategy of the business.

The company is highly ethical, and they are driven by improving patient outcomes.

This organisation is an Australian licensed producer, supplier and exporter of pharmaceutical grade medicinal cannabis and is listed publicly on the Australian Securities Exchange.

This role will focus on GPs, some Specialists and Pharmacy. You will cover VIC West.

Medicinal cannabis has many powerful therapeutic effects for patients. It can be used in Pain Management, Movement Disorders, Mood Disorders, Oncology, Women's Health, Rheumatology, and Immunology just to name a few!

This is a very important area of medicine that requires a highly driven and resilient individual who can engage with KOLs and deliver high levels of scientific and medical information.

This is a growing area however there is still a stigma attached around the use of medicinal cannabis as it is a relatively new treatment in Australia, hence, I require a very tenacious and patient individual to thrive in this environment.

Given the product is still not registered in Australia, a core part to this role will be supporting your HCPs in becoming authorised prescribers.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of working with HCP's - GPs, Specialists & Pharmacy
• Evidence based experience with pharmacology and medicines in a clinical environment - highly desirable
• Health Science Degree such as nursing, pharmacist, or science
• Candidates must have a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in an environment with limited resources
• Looking for resilient, patient, and tenacious individuals
• Must be excellent at building and developing relationships with KOLs
