As National Sales Manager, your role will be to build and execute sales business strategies to drive sales performance and achieve market share goals for all indications of the primary Dermatology products nationally. Establishing long-standing professional relationships, you will develop a deep understanding of the Dermatology market; applying insights to create new business opportunities and identify new sales channels.
You will use your existing experience as a sales manager to lead and motivate a specialty field force of 7+, setting and achieving sales targets with them and supporting them to execute territory plans, allocating resources as required.

What you'll bring to the role:
You'll bring solid specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, ideally across both a GP and Hospital environment. You're a natural leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring other sales staff. With previous experience developing and executing business plans, you bring a strategic eye and commercial acumen to this regional role.

You will use your existing experience as a sales manager to lead and motivate a specialty field force of 7+, setting and achieving sales targets with them and supporting them to execute territory plans, allocating resources as required.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the execution of current product strategies for the brand and implements new business development and change initiatives in the region
- Contribute to the creation of the brand's marketing strategy and plans
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure business strategies are consistently executed, working with Marketing, Medical, Key Account Managers and Marketing Sales Operations teams to achieve results.
- Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to 7+ direct reports and create a culture of integrity, high performance, and continuous learning and development
- Ensure the sale team have all the product knowledge required to improve customer relationships, enable HCPs to effectively treat patients, and achieve sales goals.
- Please note that regular travel of up to 50% is required for this role.*
