Start Now! Seeking an mult-talented Administrator to provide support to the leaders of an exciting project in the Biotech space. Exciting Project.
Scitex are proud to be working alongside a dynamic Biotech start up who are on a mission to provide our livestock farmers with the tools to reduce methane emissions from ruminant animals.
About the Role:
A core member of the team being developed to bring these products to market, you will have the crucial task of setting up effective administration systems and providing general project management support to the senior management team.
Starting in a part time capacity with flexibility between 25 - 35 hours, there may be room for a more permanent opportunity for the right person as the project gets to full speed so some flexibility around the future is desirable. Whilst not essential, an understanding and interest in farming and animal health practices would be advantageous.

- The management of diaries, travel, transport, hotel arrangement and travel itineraries as required
- Coordinating and prioritising multiple projects and use initiative to made recommendations and positive action.
- Producing documentation including PowerPoint presentations for meeting and seminars
- Day to day running of the office including meeting and greeting visitors
- Updating the company website
- Ensuring that accounts are tracked and forwarded to the project finance lead
