The Opportunity

Reporting to the Associate Director Business Analytics, Commercial you will manage the CRM system supporting the sales force at CSL Seqirus. In addition you will develop and deliver training to ensure effective utilisation of the CRM. This role is highly visible and will require a deep knowledge of system implementation, project management and data governance. Support multi-channel customer engagement and oversee all system integration related to CRM system. You will play a pivot role in providing strategic guidance to sales and marketing regarding customer segmentation, targeting, profiling and analytics enabling our sales force to focus on our customer's needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Integration of digital capabilities that allow the flow of customer data across systems enhancing the visibility of the customer journey for the commercial team.
  • Represent the requirement of the ANZ commercial team to the regional sub-team for prioritisation.
  • Identify areas of enhancement and create efficiency in business processes regarding customer targeting, profiling and analytics.
  • Understand end-user needs and translate into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Lead and engage with local superusers and network with peers to address challenges, share and implement best practice.
  • Lead the project management any strategies regarding the Veeva suite; from requirements phase, UAT, training, implementation, and reporting.


Your skills and experience
  • Tertiary requirements in Business, Science, I&T or related discipline
  • 4 plus years' experience managing CRM systems, training and project management.
  • Recognised subject matter expert in Veeva/Salesforce.com and taking new initiatives from strategy to implementation
  • Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders implementing CRM Veeva Platform or Salesforce.com
  • Advanced skills in all MS Office applications including MS Access database, Projects, and BI tools (eg. Power BI)
  • Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge as it relates to the selling process, customers & therapies
  • Display strong interpersonal and communication skills and work cross functionally with different departments
