The Opportunity
CSL Behring is recruiting for a Facility A Filling Coordinator to join our team in our Manufacturing function at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager for Commercial Filling, this exciting role will provide manufacturing leadership and subject matter expertise for the Filling process.
The Co-ordinator will support the Team Leader in directing daily manufacturing activities with the Facility A Filling Team resources in executing the requirements of the manufacturing schedule. The activities will include tracking and delivering to daily manufacturing timelines, provide subject matter expertise with regards to Filling Processes, procedures and equipment operations to assist with the commissioning, qualification and validation of new equipment and software.
This is an ongoing full time permanent night shift role with an initial 3 month training period of morning or / and afternoon shift.

The Role
- Technically support the Team Leader to ensure successful execution of the daily routine operations
- Lead Tiered accountability meetings for the area
- Utilise process and team statistics information to manage the day to day operations, understand bottlenecks and opportunities, and drive a culture of continuous improvement Liaise with external support teams and escalate process issues as necessary
- Provide scientific and technical input into interpreting any perceived in process data variability
- Lead continuance improvement initiatives within the Facility A Filling Team to reduce manufacturing defects and improve cost efficiency
To be successful:
- A tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in cGMP manufacturing, within a pharmaceutical production environment
- Technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems
- Experience leading a manufacturing team
- Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements and relevant environmental, health and safety requirements
- Ability to provide technical data during internal and external audits
