Technical sales role covering a few territories in a region.
Working with STEM professionals globally and with a reputation that is sought after, this is a brand new opportunity for an individual who has a strong Technical B2B Sales background to join their team preferably in Melbourne. Developing relationships across the biotech and research laboratories you will be part of a group who are striving to make an impact in Science. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for technical application support on various instruments, solutions and consumables to key stakeholders in various laboratories.
You will work closely with sales professionals across the country and be doing everything from training, product launches, sales support/leads and being the main point of contact for customer enquiries. This role is not just about providing Field Applications support.

- Tertiary qualifications in a Scientific related discipline - Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Sciences etc.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role servicing wide range of laboratories in Life Sciences
- Proven experience in a laboratory using protein purification techniques, strong chemistry experience and understanding specifically in chromatography
- Strong organisational and multidisciplinary skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- 'Can do' attitude with the ability to work in a changing environment
