National Sales Manager - Schizophrenia Portfolio

Join a leading niche pharmaceutical company in an exciting role as the National Sales Manager.

This is a highly specialized organisation with a focus on diseases of the brain.

Given the complexity of Brain Health & Neurological disorders a highly empathic and understanding manager is required to lead this team of high performing specialty sales reps across Australia.

Your portfolio includes well known and highly regarded products in the Schizophrenia space.

In the last couple of years, they have launched a new molecule into the Neurology space, so this is a great time to join the business as they are growing. This organization is looking for an extremely energetic, positive, and driven sales leader to join the team. With head office based in Sydney, the ideal candidate would be based in NSW.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a sales leadership role
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in ANZ
  • Neuroscience experience is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Life Science related OR tertiary qualification in Business Administration would be ideal
  • Proven experience of working effectively in an entrepreneurial company, ability to be fast on decisions and hands-on execution.
