The Role
Johnstaff's Perth office is going through a growth phase and is looking for a Project Manager. Having experience in institutional type projects such as aged care, health or education projects will be beneficial and you'll get the opportunity to work with some high performers. Our Perth office is highly collaborative and family orientated with a strong L&D mindset to develop all employees.

The Role

Responsibilities
- Contract administration including Superintending;
- Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal);
- Collaborating with colleagues and line managers;
- Design development & project delivery; and
- Stakeholder management.
- Minimum 4 years Project Management experience (superintendent experience essential);
- Aged Care/Health/Education experience is preferred;
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision;
- Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects; and
- Degree qualification relating to either Architectural, Engineering, Construction or Project Management.
