Johnstaff's Perth office is going through a growth phase and is looking for a Project Director. We are looking for a collaborative leader who is highly energetic with strong business development capability.

The Role
Johnstaff's Perth office is going through a growth phase and is looking for a Project Director. We are looking for a collaborative leader who is highly energetic with strong business development capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project team
- Manage program of works to ensure delivery within agreed, scope, cost & quality;
- Risk & issue management;
- Actively participating in Business Development;
- Winning new work;
- Support the day to day operation of the business unit; and
- Coaching of junior team members.
- Well-connected within Perth market
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Project Management;
- Ability to lead project teams and engage in business development concurrently;
- Experience in Sport & Rec and Commercial space preferred and also Health, Education and Aged Care
- Proven people management & leadership capabilities; and
- Degree qualification relating to either Engineering, Construction or Project Management.
