The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking a new Customer Service/ Sales Coordinator. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be working in a small team in order management. In addition, your remit includes:

  • Creation of preventative maintenance and service contracts for our client's equipment
  • Management of inventory and sales processing
  • Management of invoicing for preventative maintenance, product sales and ad hoc service orders
  • Stock transfers between warehouses and service engineers
  • Material master creation
  • Customer queries & support
  • Management of Warranty Returns and Exchanges
The Experience
An energetic professional is desired with the right attitude and behaviour that match our client's business style and culture. Ideally, a minimum of 2-3 years' experience within a similar administration role would be preferred, however for the ideal person, training will be provided. In addition, you will have experience in:
  • SAP and CRM skills e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, ZOHO or other
  • Proficient in general computer and Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Capable of communicating with all levels across the organization, externally and internally.
  • Great customer service ethics who is highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Organized and structured you drive to initiate improvements & efficiency.
