Job Description

Several exciting permanent opportunities in NSW, Victoria and Queensland have arisen for dynamic Eye care Account Managers t o join our NEW National Specialty Eye care team at Seqirus, a CSL company. These rare opportunities will allow you to be a part of the new eye care team which is being built in preparation for the launch of a new portfolio of eye care products. Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be accountable for achieving sales budget and managing clinical and business objectives leading to business relationships with key Ophthalmologists and Optometrists in line with the Seqirus strategy.

Ideally you will have specialist sales experience in a commercial role in the optometry and or ophthalmology sector with key account management skills and a solid understanding of selling to Eye care Specialists and achieving good patient and business outcomes.

You will be tertiary qualified in Business, Science or related field, and in addition you possess:
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate sales and contracts
  • High level of persistence ,initiative and influencing skills
  • Results oriented and a sound decision maker
  • Ability to think, plan and act strategically
  • Exceptional customer focus and strong communication skills
  • A track record of sales excellence and sales achievement.
  • Business focused with a 'can do mindset'
  • Can demonstrate a deep understanding of the optometry sector and able to identify potential business opportunities for the Seqirus eye care portfolio.
