Why You Should Takes Notes After a Job InterviewAfter your next pharma job interview, take the time to make notes on how you did and what you learnt. Write down any questions you answered well or struggled with, what you learnt about the role, what you learnt about the company, and what you learnt about your interviewer. You could also write down the questions you were asked, and anything your interviewer seemed particularly impressed with.

If you aren’t successful this time, having these notes will help you better prepare for your next interview by helping you focus on the strengths you want to highlight, and the weaknesses you need to work on. If you get through to the next round, having information on the role and company that isn’t necessarily available to candidates online will help you stand out in your interview, and will prove to your interviewer that you’re genuinely interested in the role and that you’ve really listened to what they’ve had to say.
