When to Arrive for Your Job InterviewAlthough arriving early for a job interview can help to create a good first impression, there is such a thing as being too early. For your next interview, aim to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the time you were given. This will give you a chance to check in with the Receptionist and destress before your interview whilst also giving you some time to check out the work environment.

Being too early can be off-putting to interviewers and might also come across as if you have nowhere else to be. It might also seem that you don’t have respect for the interviewer’s schedule, or if you’re really early, that you’ve got the timings completely off. Remember that your interview starts as soon as you walk into the building, so creating a good first impression starts with when you do that.
