Healthcare marketing communications agency, Onyx Health and digital product design and build specialists, NE6, have announced a strategic partnership to expand their digital offering to the global pharmaceutical and medical device/technology industry.

The combined offering of both companies enables a seamless process from development of initial digital strategy, programme content, user experience (UX), design, build and continual evaluation of user behaviour across a broad range of customised internal and external platforms, communication and marketing tools.

“Like many industries, pharma and med tech are looking at how they can capitalise on digital to communicate with their customers or internal audiences. We have been working on several projects with NE6 over the last six months, so the next logical step was to strengthen the partnership, as we feel our combined experience means we can provide an in-depth offering to potential clients based on market knowledge and digital expertise,” explains Karen Winterhalter, Director at Onyx Health.

“The benefits of the partnership were obvious to both parties,” comments Steven Symonds, Managing Director at NE6. We specialise in User Experience (UX), design, build whereas Onyx Health knows and understand the complexities of the healthcare market, and how to engage with the end customer.  Working together to we can create a highly effective digital roadmap to support business growth for our clients.”

Established by Karen Winterhalter, Onyx Health relocated to the North East nearly ten years ago and quickly gained a reputation of helping SME healthcare organisations grow their business through marketing communications programmes.

NE6 Founders Steven Gibbons and Steven Symonds have over 25 years’ experience working in the digital creative sector and have worked with clients such as Capita, Parkdean Resorts and the NHS.
