RBW Consulting Appoints New Key Hires to Expand their Global Footprint
Leading global recruitment company, RBW Consulting, are delighted to announce the appointment of two members to their leadership team. Sherry Autwal joins the company as Head of Business Development and Dani Cassar joins as Head of Global Talent Strategy.
Since the inception of RBW Consulting in 2007, they have built their reputation by providing outstanding recruitment and resourcing services for the life sciences and technology sector. They work closely with their clients to create recruitment solutions and components to augment their capabilities. RBW Consulting have an impressive network of expertise and work within a continuous model of feedback and improvement.
Sherry Autwal comes from the CRO sector and has worked within Business Development & Clinical Operations for many years. Within her tenure she has been central to growth activities within the business by working alongside all key stakeholders on global trials and more localised niche studies. Sherry believes that understanding the needs of what the Sponsors and CRO’s require at an early stage of their planning and development activities is crucial to unlocking potential opportunities and more over creating true strategic partnerships.
Dani Cassar brings a wealth of experience from the life sciences recruitment industry. Dani has been instrumental in designing critical talent strategies to support the ever-changing challenges of talent attraction and retention. Dani will be consulting with RBW’s key clients to gain comprehensive understanding of their goals and challenges, and present strategic talent solutions to support their development and growth objectives. Dani will ultimately be pivotal in bringing RBW’s recruitment solutions into the next generation.

These two keys hires follow the appointment of Kimberly Rice. Kimberley joined RBW earlier this year as Senior Vice President of the Executive Search Division.
