This course helps account managers and directors adopt consultancy skills and a client-centric approach to account growth.

This 3 day course is designed to increase your proficiency in assertiveness skills. In a busy working environment, building relationships and managing workloads can be difficult to navigate. Assertiveness is a learnable skill to increase our ability to communicate effectively, maintain healthy relationships, and handle difficult situations. During the course, we explore common barriers to become assertive and introduce methods to help in specific situations.

This two day course is designed to help you develop your communications skills to help you impact, influence and inspire.
