- Offering a pay increase would only have prevented 22% of candidates from moving on.
- Creating a good internal development pathway and offering better promotion opportunities would have kept almost 30% of candidates in their jobs
- The biggest issue? Leadership - 43% of candidates would have remained with their previous company if the leadership / culture of the business had been better.
