Based in Berkshire, UK, our team provide a complete range of solutions to some of the world’s largest Life Science organisations. PharmiWeb.Jobs is more than a job board, with solutions that go above and beyond simple job posting to include CV Search, Job Scraping, Employer Branding, Targeted Email Campaigns, Account Management and Recruiter Training solutions.

About the PharmiWeb Team
Vincent Lody
Managing Director
Vincent launched PharmiWeb at the beginning and has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is predominantly responsible for Business Development, Account Management and Strategic Consultancy, as well as for running this highly successful business. Vincent oversees all new business activity along with the retention/growth of existing accounts. He also assists clients with Employer Branding and Recruiter Training, offering expertise to both large corporations and small start-ups across the industry.
Mike Wood
Marketing Manager & Editor
Mike has been with PharmiWeb since 2004 and is responsible for marketing and candidate attraction. As a self-confessed geek, Mike is enthusiastic about the use of digital marketing, automation, and technology. He lives in Cornwall and spends as much time outdoors as possible and is a keen (but not very talented) musician.
Kelly Tipper
General Manager, Business & Operations
Kelly joined PharmiWeb in 2014 and now oversees all Business & Operational functions as well as being responsible for our Account Management, Operations & Design teams. She has seen PharmiWeb grow from a team of 4 to 10, and is proud of our small yet dedicated, hardworking and versatile team. Outside of work, Kelly loves to travel both in the UK and abroad, and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking and beach lounging. She is also in the process of walking the Southwest Coast Path in chunks and is currently halfway round.
Nola Cadman
Senior Design & Content Editor
Nola has been with PharmiWeb since 2006 and is responsible for the design and graphical aspects of the PharmiWeb business. As well as creating graphics for PharmiWeb’s website, promotional marketing materials and more, Nola also builds and distributes our client and candidate email newsletters. She also creates our employer branded career hubs, customising each design to suit our clients’ unique branding. Outside of work, Nola enjoys painting, drawing, cooking, swimming, and taking walks around local nature trails and woodland. She also listens to all kinds of music, from Beethoven to Iron Maiden, and enjoys watching sci fi, fantasy and horror films/TV shows.
Abbie Boyd
Operations Specialist
Abbie has been with PharmiWeb since 2017 when she joined the team as Admin Support. After working in Account Management for the last few years and providing ongoing support to current and prospective clients, she is now moving into an Operations role where she will help to ensure the business is running as smoothly as possible. Outside of work, Abbie is a Beaver Scout Leader and is in the process of learning sign language. She also loves music and watching Marvel and horror films.
Simon Brough
Business Development Manager
Simon joined PharmiWeb in 2019 and is responsible for generating new business and retaining our valued clients year after year. His role also involves training new starters, creating additional revenue streams, building partnerships, and finding new and exciting routes for PharmiWeb to take in the future. In his spare time, Simon can usually be found cooking which is something he has enjoyed from a young age. He is also a fan of theatre, live music, and the great outdoors.
Lamar Manning
Business Development Manager
Lamar joined PharmiWeb in 2022 as Business Development Manager and is primarily focused on the USA market. He is responsible for sourcing new prospects and opportunities and expanding PharmiWeb’s outreach, as well as retaining existing clients and building new, long-lasting client relationships. Outside of work, Lamar’s hobbies and interests include music, travelling, and art.
Lisa Axford
Customer Success Specialist
Lisa joined PharmiWeb in 2022 and works closely with our clients to ensure the full utilisation and success of their accounts. She is the main point of contact for monthly account reports, regular personalised account reviews and more. Lisa loves the outdoors and enjoys walking, running, and travelling, as well as attending the odd festival or two.
Lucy Walters
Marketing Executive
Lucy joined the team in 2021 and supports PharmiWeb’s marketing and candidate attraction activities, primarily through content creation and social media marketing. Along with our Marketing Manager, Lucy works to improve PharmiWeb’s online visibility to generate new business leads and bring high quality candidates to our job board. Outside of work, she will most likely be found reading thrillers, counting down the days until Christmas or desperately trying to keep her house plants alive.
